Nordic Trophy F3K

Invitation
RFI Ikaros is happy to invite all members of National Aero Clubs affiliated to the FAI to participate in the NORDIC TROPHY F3K, one of 2010 Contest Euro Tour F3K contests

The event will be held at Arboga airfield, (approx. 400 km north-east of Gothenburg, 150 km west of Stockholm).

Rules
All competitors must have posses a valid FAI Sporting License. International pilots must present valid third party insurance. The FAI provisional rules class F3K will be used, as well as the general Section of the Sporting Code.
Jury
A 3 member jury will be appointed at the briefing.
Languages
Languages used will be English and Swedish.
Garden Party
A Garden party will be held on Saturday evening.

Following frequencies are allowed in Sweden:
26.825-27.195 MHz (9 channels, nos. 87-98, 04-24)
30.270-30.350 MHz (9 channels, nos. 27-35)
35.000-35.270 MHz (28 channels, nos. 60-87)
40.665-40.745 MHz (9 channels, nos. 50-56A)
2,4 GHz
Please note that, according to the rules, each competitor must be able to operate two different frequencies, at least 20 kHz apart.

Lodging
At Arboga airfield there are some cabins that could be used. Price is 100 SEK per night.
Camping at the field 150 SEK per 2 nights excluding electricity, both for caravans and tents.
If you want electricity (not for heating) included for tent or caravan it’s 300 SEK for 2 nights.
Toilets and showers are available at the field.
Please note: Reservations for lodging in the houses on the airfield or camping must be made at the entry form.

Meals
On flying days there will be possibility to buy coffee, drinks, ice cream and also some small snacks.
Fees
Entry fee: 70 Euro/ 700 SEK
In the entry fee, the following is included:
Breakfast at the airfield Saturday and Sunday.
Lunch at the airfield Saturday and Sunday.
Garden party at the airfield Saturday evening.
Food package for non competitors: 30 Euro/300 SEK
The fees are to be paid cash at the contest site
Protest: The fee for a protest is 150 SEK.

Make sure to include frequencies, supporters names and if you want to camp on the field etc.
