This years Nordic Trophy is closed and it was a hard competition due to the rather windy and tricky conditions that where on the field.
It started off with about 3 m/s wind and clody with very little thermals. Along the day the wind increased to be right on the 9 m/s limit that lead us in to a heavy rainshower that lasted for approx 1 hour. After the rain the wind totally died, but the air was good (strangely) so we managed to get some really good times at the end of the event.
Seven round where flown and after that there was some exciting wait for the results. It showed that Henrik Vogler took the win closely followed by Stefan Wahlberg. In third spot was Peter Jubel.
After the competition was closed the usual barbeque party started with Conny Svantesson in sharge of the grill, and as usual the food were excellent.
This was a good event with some real good flying.
The amount of competitors has increased since last year and we can only hope that this event will grow bigger and bigger during the years.
